Easy Seasoned Shrimp Rolls
1 8oz pouch Signature Seasoned Shrimp
1 rib celery, diced
½ tablespoon fresh dill
½ cup chives
¼ cup mayonnaise
splash red wine vinegar
squeeze lemon juice
3 hot dog buns
½ tablespoon butter
Cook shrimp according to package directions, then chill by shocking the pouch in an ice bath or breaking the seal and placing in the refrigerator or freezer while assembling the other ingredients
rough chop the shrimp into bite sized pieces and mix with celery, chives, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar and lemon juice
brush hot dog buns with butter and lightly toast on a griddle or in the oven.
Spoon shrimp mixture into buns, garnish with lemon and enjoy!
Pro-tip: The delicious seafood salad you just prepared can also be enjoyed on crackers, in a lettuce cup or spooned into an avocado half.
