Shipping Information
- All products are shipped via UPS from our facility in New Orleans, Louisiana.
- Orders are protected with dry ice and should arrive fully frozen.
- Because our products are highly perishable and we want them to arrive in perfect condition, we require 1-3 business days to process orders and confirm all details of each shipment before sending them off.
- We only ship Monday through Thursday to ensure orders are not in transit over the weekend.
- The options and rates displayed during checkout are accurate based on destination, order size and shipping discount eligibility.
- All merchandise ships free and separate from any frozen product. Cost of merch items does not count towards shipping discount threshold of frozen products.
Zone 1: Customers in this zone are eligible for FREE shipping on orders of $85 or more. Order by order by 11:59 PM on Tuesday for same week shipping and delivery.
Zone 2: Customers in this zone are eligible for FREE shipping on orders of $85 or more, however coverage options in this zone are subject to change without notice as we react to seasonal changes in carrier reliability. The options and rates displayed during checkout are accurate based on destination, order size and shipping discount eligibility. Order by 11:59 PM on Monday for same week shipping and delivery.
Zone 3: This zone includes customers in parts of AZ, CA, CO, CT, ID, IL, IN, MA, ME, MI, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SD, UT, VT, WA, WI, WY.
We can not reach these areas with timely ground service, so we only offer expedited air options. We know these options are expensive and we’re sorry we don’t offer anything better at this time. Customers in this zone are not eligible for free shipping, however orders over $85 receive a $20 shipping subsidy, reflected in the rates displayed in cart.
